1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at parsomni.com and all services offered by Educational Development Corporation, doing business as Pars Omni (“Pars Omni”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Spanish Fluency Membership Program and the Foundation Class. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

Pars Omni offers the following services:

  • The Spanish Fluency Membership Program — an online subscription program providing access to a tutorial, practice applications, and related materials for adult learners of Spanish.
  • The Foundation Class — an in-person, instructor-led Spanish language course delivered in the San Diego, California area.
  • Organizational training — custom Spanish language training programs for companies, government agencies, and other organizations.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Membership Program

The Spanish Fluency Membership Program is designed for adults who have studied Spanish for at least one year. It is not suitable for complete beginners.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a Membership subscription. Users aged 12–17 may access the program only if a parent or legal guardian creates and manages the account on their behalf and accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf. The program is not available to children under 12.

3.2 Foundation Class

The Foundation Class has a minimum enrollment age of 16. In rare circumstances we may consider exceptions — please contact us to discuss. All prospective students are required to complete a pre-registration interview with an instructor before enrollment is confirmed.

3.3 General

By using our services, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements described above. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Membership subscription

4.1 Subscription terms

The Spanish Fluency Membership Program is sold as a subscription. The initial subscription fee is $315, which covers your first subscription period and provides access to the Membership tutorial and, upon completion of your onboarding, all Membership applications. Ongoing access is billed at $50 every six months. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4.2 Onboarding

After subscribing, you will gain access to the Membership tutorial. Full access to all Membership applications is granted following completion of the tutorial and a personal training session with one of our instructors. See Section 5 (Refunds) for the refund policy that applies at each stage of onboarding.

4.3 Technical requirements

The Membership applications currently run on Windows PCs only. They are not compatible with Mac, tablet, or mobile devices. An internet connection is required to download applications and access your account. A subscription to a Spanish-language streaming service (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, or MhZ) is recommended but not included in the Membership.

4.4 Time commitment

The program is designed around a minimum commitment of 3 hours of Designed Immersion practice per week. This is a guideline and a weekly average — it is not a strict daily or weekly requirement. The program accommodates flexible scheduling, extended breaks, and adjustments to your commitment over time.

4.5 Beta status

The Membership Program is currently in beta. Features and content are under active development. Beta members receive access to the program at the same subscription terms as all other members and may provide input that shapes the program’s development. We will notify members of significant changes.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as described in Section 5.

5. Refund policy

5.1 Membership Program

Refunds for the Membership Program are available as follows:

  • Phase 1 (after subscribing, before completing your personal training session): 50% refund of the initial subscription fee.
  • Phase 2 (after completing the tutorial but before full application access is granted): 25% refund of the initial subscription fee.
  • Phase 3 (after full access has been granted): No refund. You may cancel to avoid future billing.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to our customer support address. Refunds will be issued by check or credit card within 45 days of approval.

5.2 Foundation Class

A deposit of $175 is required to reserve a place in a Foundation Class.

  • Cancellation more than one week before the class start date: full deposit refund.
  • Cancellation within one week of the class start date: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future class.
  • Full payment is required at least 48 hours before the first session. Failure to pay may result in removal from the class.
  • Withdrawal after the class has started: no refund. We will make reasonable efforts to place you in a future class that does not have a waiting list.
